Fruit thrived on the vine and ripened at a slow and steady pace, with harvest beginning in late August for the warmer climate blocks in Lake County and finishing in mid-October with cool climate Russian River grapes. ![]() Winter rains nourished soils before cool, moderate conditions throughout the growing season. Ideal conditions prevailed for the 2018 harvest. ![]() On the bright, inviting palate, the wine’s cool fermentation resulted in zesty notes of Meyer lemon, grapefruit and lime, blending seamlessly with richer notes of honey dew melon, white peach, pear and a touch of guava on the medium-bodied palate before a refreshingly crisp finish. Our bright and highly aromatic North Coast Sauvignon Blanc begins with intense aromas of fresh-cut green apples, orange blossom and a touch of lemongrass.
